Local Crime Update: Chaska
Chaska Police Department put out on our Nextdoor community page an alert and some helpful tips, we thought we'd reshare for those who might have missed it:
Tampering with motor vehicles

We had several reports of “tampering with vehicles” overnight. Several vehicles were rummaged through and items taken, including one that was parked in an unlocked garage.
This occurred in a neighborhood off of Hundermark Road, east of Hwy 41.
TIPS:
- Please remember to shut your garage doors and lock the service door to your garage.
- Vehicles left in your driveway should be locked and items of value should be removed.
- Please report any suspicious vehicles/persons in your neighborhood.
