Local Crime Update: Roseville Police Department
#LocalCrime Update:
Roseville Police Department - Minnesota Investigating Early Morning Burglaries.
Here's a few things that stood out to us:
- A resident said they woke up at 515 am when someone opened their front door and said, “Hello?” The suspect ran from the scene.
- Another homeowner in the same area told police they heard someone in their house and saw a dark figure with a flashlight.
- The department received several more reports of attempted thefts, burglaries and thefts from vehicles in nearby neighborhoods throughout the morning.
-Suspects drove off with two of the resident’s vehicles, a Chevrolet Silverado and a Cadillac SUV.
- Police said in most cases the suspect or suspects entered residences and vehicles through unsecured doors or windows.
***Don't just get alerts when something is wrong in your home, get professional back up. Sot. Sometimes having more than video surveillance and alerts is paramount.
Although both alerts and videos/pictures are nice, you never know how a burglar will react when they're caught in the act. Make sure you're protected beyond alerts.
